If you have signed up for our Blackberry 10-day trial VoIP client you should have received an email or text message on your mobile devices with the link to download the trial version.
 
Instructions
From your BB device open the received text message and choose Open Link.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select (Set Application Permissions and choose Download.

 

Set Permissions to Allow for all options given. (Make Scroll down and select Allow for all options provided)

 

 

 

 

 

Save Changes. VoIP application should have downloaded.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choose Run (If prompted to reboot please do so).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 VoIP client can be found in the phones Downloads section.

Open Device menu and navigate to 'Downloads' section, locate the VoIP icon and select Move to Folder. Choose Home where you can easily locate the VoIP Client.

Once you have launched the VoIP Client you may specify which network you would prefer to use.

To change open the VoIP client, hit the BB icon and select Preferences>>Setup>>Main Settings.

Scroll down to Connection Type and choose either (Any,WiFi or 3G).

If you choose Any the VoIP client will automatically make use of the 3G network unless it is in a WiFi area that the phone has used in the past.

To force any of the 3 connection options select the preferred connection and save.

At this point you may navigate back to the VoIP Client, Hit the BB icon and choose Login.

Once registered the client App will display fgVoIP ready.

 

 

 

 

 

You may now make outbound calls only. ( Trial version only).
